One device per ticket is permitted to join in an Online Event. The ticket is bond to your account.

Booking Notice：
Please note that you should complete your current order before creating next. In order to protect customer rights and prevent ticket hoarding, one user can only create one order at the same time. If multiple orders are created by different windows at the same time, only the last order is reserved by the system while the other incomplete orders are cancelled. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.
Refund Policy：
The refund process of this event is delegated to ACCUPASS and is abided by refund policy. If you need to apply for a refund, please do it “24 hours after completing purchase and 8 days before available period of your ticket starts.” 10% of ticket price will be reserved as refund handling fee. Application will not be accepted after expiration.（How to request a refund?）

- The system presets the number of tickets for registration, which is equal to the number of copies of the registration form. If you choose 2 tickets, please fill out 2 copies of the registration form. This will allow all participants to receive information about the event and the related ticket inspection process.
- In consideration of the convenience of registration, you can also check the box [Only 1 application form], then all ticket participants’ information will be the same. However, the event information needs to be coordinated by the ticket purchaser to all participants. And, other participants will not receive any notification from RSG TAIPEI (not recommended).

If you buy N tickets, N invoices will be issued. Please fill each tax ID number in the application form if needed.

For participant who don’t use the discount code to purchase the Standard ticket at NTD 6000, RSG TAIPEI will thank you for your generous gift to Taiwan with exclusive souvenirs of RSG TAIPEI 2022 after the event (Shipping within Taiwan).

How to apply Discount code：
On registering at Accupass, select “Standard ticket (NTD 6000)” and press “Registor now”. Next, enter attendee’s information and click “Next”. Then, find the “Please enter coupon code” input field, apply the code and “Submit” it. You will get the discount price. Finally, select a payment method and click “check out”. Finish registration as you pay it.
Please note that the discount will not be applied after purchasing the ticket. Please make sure to get the code in advance.
